Extra (Top 10) Word Sudoku Puzzle for 3/10/2012

(Wordle.net)

On the tenth of every month, I’ll present you what can best be described as a “Top 10” list, although not every list will be 10 items long. This month’s list is 12 items long!

Let me just say: I like Gene Marbach, Group Vice President at Makovsky + Company, although I’ve never met him, never talked to him, and wouldn’t recognize him if he walked by. But his writing and comments are first rate. Check out his blog on commpro.biz, “IR Therefore I Am” (http://blog.commpro.biz/irthereforeiam/). A clever play on his profession—Investor Relations and corporate communications. Since I’m in very nearly the same line of work (public agency communications), I follow a number of blogs written by public relations professionals. Gene’s is one of them. Last July, he asked his readers to rant about buzzwords they hated, in the article “Readers’ rant: 21 buzzwords and phrases that we can live without” (http://blog.commpro.biz/irthereforeiam/?p=820). I imagine he was going to produce a top 10; he ended up with a top 21. I’m wrapping 12 into a series of three Qudoku puzzles over the next few days for your edification and, hopefully, amusement. You’ve heard these words or phrases, and honestly: You never need to hear them again, except to laugh!

Today I’ll present the first four “buzzwords and phrases we can live without.”
