Solutions to Monday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 4x4 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters AJLR (JARL) and the 6x6 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters NP FRAY (PAN-FRY).
