Solution to Last Night’s Extra Word Sudoku (Qudoku) Puzzle

Last night’s extra Qudoku puzzle set spelled out a tweet sent by Tim Berners-Lee during the Opening Ceremonies of the XXX Olympiad, as he sat at a computer in the middle of the Olympic Stadium in London. I believe he was referring to his contribution to our modern world—the marriage of hypertext, a transmission control protocol and the Internet domain name system we now call the World Wide Web. You could also say he described what the Olympic Games should mean to the entire world. Or both!
