Every Sunday I present you my Sunday Challenge, a bit more difficult Word Sudoku puzzle--a 12x12 grid with internal 3x4 rectangles and a 12-letter hidden word or phrase.

Today’s Sunday Challenge Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle is based on the letters in the anagram CROWNED LIGHT.

In honor of American Thanksgiving, today’s puzzles are two more Qudoku© puzzles. For each puzzle set, you get three grids: two are Word Sudoku puzzles; solve them, copying the circled, numbered letters into the third grid – the quote grid – to spell out the hidden quote.

The first Qudoku puzzle set presents a quote about the meaning of Thanksgiving from American President John F. Kennedy:

Since tomorrow is Thanksgiving in the U.S., today’s Word Sudoku puzzle is instead a more complex “Qudoku”© puzzle. In a Qudoku puzzle set, I give you two 9x9 Classic Word Sudoku puzzles; you solve them, copying the circled, numbered letters into the quote grid to spell out the hidden quote.

Today’s quote is from Eckhart von Hochheim (c. 1260–c. 1328), a German theologian tried as a heretic by Pope John XXII. Meister is German for "Master."
