Extra Word Sudoku (Qudoku!) Puzzle for Tuesday, 5/7/2013

All this week, I’ll present you a series of extra puzzles—Word-from-word Sudoku puzzles and Hidden Word Sudoku puzzles, all based on the letters in the word shambolic. The British English word means chaotic, with root the noun shambles, meaning mess or muddle.

Let’s start with two not-so-common phrases from the world of medical science; each contains all the letters in shambolic.
