Solutions to Friday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 5x5 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in CITE W (TWICE) and the 7x7 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in LOW BETA (TOWABLE).
