Solutions to Friday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 5x5 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in HP + ONE (PHONE) and the 7x7 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in JIGS + ONE (JINGOES).
