Solutions to Friday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 5x5 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in IFS + TWO (SWIFT) and the 7x7 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in DINS + TWO (SITDOWN).
