Solutions to Friday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 5x5 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in UR Z + TWO (WURTZ) and the 7x7 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in H KEN + TWO (KNOWETH).
