Solutions to Monday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 4x4 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in A + HRE (HERA) and the 6x6 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in LU + THRE (HURTLE).
