Solutions to Monday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 4x4 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in W + FOR (FROW) and the 6x6 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in ACT + FOR (FACTOR).
