Solutions to Monday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 4x4 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in G + FOR (FROG) and the 6x6 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in CAN + FOR (FRANCO).
