Solutions to Monday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 4x4 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in J + OUR (JOUR) and the 6x6 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in LY + FOUR (FLOURY).
