Solutions to Monday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 4x4 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in T + OUR (ROUT) and the 6x6 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in PAY + FOR (PAYFOR).
