New Word Sudoku Puzzle for Thursday, 4/15/2010

Oh, is this a dreaded day! Americans must pay their income tax bill by the end of today—and file their form—on pain of penalty and interest. We should always be willing to pay for what we demand, of course; but the IRS and government in general have always been easy targets for critics and comics alike. Today’s Qudoku puzzle sets focus on one-liners from the latter—it’s just more fun while I write my check to Uncle Sam!
