Solution to Yesterday's Extra (Hidden!) Word Sudoku Puzzles

Each pair of yesterday’s Hidden Word Sudoku puzzles was based on the same anagram (ABHOR LIES and DANCER SOB, respectively), but each separate puzzle still spelled out a unique 9-letter word.
