Solutions to Friday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 5x5 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in AC + ONE ( CANOE ) and the 7x7 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in LAIR + ONE ( AILERON ).
