Solutions to Friday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 5x5 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in C + THRE (RETCH) and the 7x7 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in SAL + THRE (LATHERS).
