Yesterday’s extra Qudoku puzzle sets explained how my doctor memorably motivated me to get more exercise.

I might add that I told this story to my daughter. Now, every time she visits and we head out the door for a walk she gleefully exclaims, “Let’s go, Dad! Time to pay your bills!”
