New Word Sudoku Puzzle for Sunday, 6/14/2009

June 14 is National Flag Day in the U.S., the date in 1777 when the US officially adopted the Stars and Stripes. The idea of an annual day specifically celebrating the Flag is believed to have first originated in 1885. A Wisconsin schoolteacher arranged for the pupils in Fredonia to observe June 14 as 'Flag Birthday'.

Here’s part of what the Flag Resolution of June 14, 1777 had to say.
