Solutions to Monday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 4x4 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in AL + TWO (AWOL) and the 6x6 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in FLA + TWO (LOW-FAT).
