Solutions to Friday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 5x5 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in RE + TWO (TOWER) and the 7x7 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in LECH + TWO (LOW TECH).
