Solutions to Monday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 4x4 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in B + FOR (FORB) and the 6x6 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in ALM + FOR (FORMAL).
