Solutions to Monday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 4x4 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in E + FOR (FROE) and the 6x6 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in BAD + FOR (FORBAD).
