New Word Sudoku Puzzles for Thursday, 7/17/2008

Two puzzles for you to solve today. The first is the daily classic 9x9 Word Sudoku puzzle, based on the word NOURISHED:

Puzzle: NOURISHED

Each row, column and 3x3 square contain the letters in the word or phrase exactly once

The second puzzle is the normal size, 9x9, but it's a Hidden Word puzzle--I supply an anagram of the letters in the hidden word or phrase; you discover/unscramble it as you solve the Sudoku. The anagram is FLAT VOICE:

The hidden word or phrase is spelled down the diagonal
