New Word Sudoku Puzzles (Qudoku!) for Wednesday, 4/22/2009

New Word Sudoku Puzzles (Qudoku!) for Wednesday, 4/22/2009

Today we celebrate the 39th Earth Day, the annual event for people all over the world to renew our commitment to building a healthier and cleaner world for our children.

I remember the first celebration in 1970, when I was a student at the University of Colorado. A huge group of people gathered to celebrate. That day’s crowd was the equal of some anti-Vietnam War crowds in Boulder over the next two years. That’s saying something.

Next year, the 40th anniversary promises to be something special. Please check out http://www.earthday.net/ for more.

On this Earth Day, I present you two Qudoku puzzle sets referencing the meaning of this fine day. The first one is a Native American proverb.
