Extra Word Sudoku Puzzle for Thursday October 20, 2022

There's a principle of construction…

I'm having new windows installed on my house today. I realized my extreme fear factor as I watched the contractors cut out the old ones and prepare to install the new ones—my house is the biggest asset of my estate, probably the only thing of value I'm leaving my kids one day. So protecting my investment is extremely important. What if they install things poorly? How would I know, having two left thumbs and no house-fixing expertise? I found my anxiety rising faster than the noise level.

Then I heard the lead construction worker tell his fellow installer: "There's a principle of construction…"

… and I immediately felt a little better.
