Solutions to Friday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 5x5 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in HR + TWO (WROTH) and the 7x7 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in URGE + TWO (OUTGREW).
