Solutions to Friday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 5x5 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in LED + TWO (DWELT) and the 7x7 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in SANE + TWO (NO SWEAT).
