Solutions to Monday's Word Sudoku Puzzles

Yesterday's 4x4 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in L + FOR (ROLF) and the 6x6 Hidden Word Sudoku puzzle was based on the letters in DEM + FOR (FORMED).
