Yesterday's two Qudoku puzzle sets commemorated Word Press Freedom Day with quotes from the current and previous winners of the UNESCO/Guillermo Cano World Press Freedom Prize, Sri Lankan journalist Lasantha Wickrematunge and Mexican journalist Lydia Cacho Ribeiro. The annual prize is awarded to someone who has made a major contribution to journalistic freedom. Wickrematunge was murdered last January; Cacho Ribeiro was kidnapped a few years ago.
